Dear SGTC! Read this.. It’s important. Just say it’s alright.. The light will shine Again, I’ll be you’re calm, the storm has passed my friend, and when it seems the darkness never ends.. I am on your side. BOTDF isn’t just a music fad, it’s a movement for freedom! To be everything one wants to be, to show it’s okay to be different, and that even though others are different we need to love them as well. There’s so much hate and discontent within our family. We need to be a real family. So people will actually see SGTC memebers and realize that they belong to something bigger then just a music scene. Our songs are more then just s**. Some of our songs promote self help in making you a better person and to realize that even if the world hates you, you’re awesome because you’re you. The songs that are about s**, you have to realize that they make people want to get up, go out and be awesome & happy. It makes them want to put on their makeup and just be fearless. It makes them forget their scars and it brings them joy even if it’s “JUST ABOUT SEX” It’s more to the fans. It makes them feel brave, and makes them feel strong. You have to be blind if you can’t see that. No, I’m not blinded by hate. Hate is ugly. hate clouds the truth. Where there is hate there can be no beauty.. Because hate is a mask. Also I want to give a very special thanks to a lady by the name of Madalyn. She has been the phoenix that has reawaken my whole perspective. Thank you for giving me the strength and courage to post this. I am grateful and honored to have you in my life. You are a blessing to not only me but the entire SGTC. We need to love and respect each other. I can’t change the past but I can learn from it and be a better person from my discoveries. We started this circle out of compassion not destruction. Much Apologies

Australia! This wasn’t an easy decision. But I want you to know from the bottom of my heart, we love you and we will make it up to you. I promise! I am a man of my word. I can understand that some people have been waiting six years to see us and are very upset by this news. Honestly given the position we are in now it would have been a total disaster. I strive to perfect tours & make sure the fans enjoy an amazing experience at every show. Some of the band members couldn’t have traveled out to Australia. So we were dealing with not having our full live band to perform on the shows. The financial end looks pretty rough to do a tour in the middle of an album that we spent massive amount of hours working hard in the studio. There was a lot of factors that unfortunately we’re against us. We are not trying to make up excuses. We are telling you the truth because you deserve to know. We hold your love dearly in our hearts & we are forever grateful for all the love and support you have given us from the very start of our movement. All I’m asking is a little understanding and patience. I personally will come visit Australia once “BAD BLOOD!” is completed and tour there first. I know this can’t make up for what has happened but it’s the least I can do. I’m sorry Australia! Please forgive me and know I will always love you. Dont hate

Dont hate me for who I am. You all hate people for who they are, what they do, etc. You love to hate us for our apperance, music, life style. But you dont know Dahvie's story. And you dont know mine. But heres a low down for you. I always had nightmares since I was a little boy. I would wake up screaming in the night as I told my parents the boogey man was going to come and get me. I would cry and throw fits if my parents didnt believe me which they never did ever. As I grew up I got teased for liking boys and would hide my face in shame as I was scared of everyone. I have insomnia trying not to sleep as I was scared to close my eyes. My parents noticed my no sleep habbit and decided to kick me out of the house and send me to Briarcliff to get better so these nightmares would disappear. Theres my story

To those of Newtown, CT

As all of you SGTC know, we are against pure evil and this is why we feel we need to speak up about what happened yesterday. With that said, what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT yesterday makes us feel sick. Yesterday was a very sad day for everyone in this world. When we made our video for Rise and Shine, we did it with the intention to stand up against such horrible acts of violence, watch it again. If you are feeling out of control, hurt, angry or sad, please know that you aren't alone and people care about you. Please seek help and guidance from the people you love. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families affected by the acts at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT yesterday.

Taking time out.
