On the elevator level, shoot the guy with the package BEFORE he gets of the elevator on the second floor, AFTER he gets the package from the boss.

level 1. Wait till you see someone WALKING their dog. shoot the guy level 2. on the top floor, middle window a guy will appear shirtless from the floor. wait till he throws up. shoot him in the head level 3. wait for the SECOND blue car to drive by. shoot him before he gets away. level 4. shoot the window on top of the building to distract the men. once they start shooting up at the window shoot those guys. level 6. shoot all men on the top floor. thats all i can do for now!! byezzz
