in theory, there is an end: you ate all living creatures and discovered every zone... but that would take weeks.
You can kill parasite by striking when they are eatin a small one (small glow arund parasite head)
with mouse click.... you can sprint! God I was happy to find out, I did not read in the first place...
Biggest mother****er I found was in Giand triangle zone (north-north east), probably 30 bones on that dude... That's when decided to stop... I might come back later and et him, cuz the game keep your position and record when you come back!
found and cleared more than 10 zones and yes, your "sperm" cap at 17 boners! than you just eat for no reason, except clearing the entire universe!

point is to discover all worlds and all fishes (the things you eat). oh yeah, to eat extended fish thingy's, you must eat the parts of their back that glows. When you eat all parts of the extended fish thing'ys back, it will break apart of other miniature fishes. Also, when you see a blue circle around 2 miniature fish, they are mating. Leave them alone and they will spawn a baby.
