Hit "2" right when you fade in and start. the pistol will now look the same, but shoot shotgun rounds. Now if you switch to the pistol and execute a gut shot, then change to the shotgun and go for a leg shot, you will notice the guy doesn't die, but your time will go up by one second. From then on, the shotgun won't kill anything, it just racks up your time! (takes a little tinkering, but lets you get insane scores)
